Digital Gift Card FAQs

This listing is for a digital gift card. It will be emailed and no physical gift card will be sent. You can choose to have it emailed to you for you to print and gift or you can add a message at the checkout and have it sent directly to the giftee’s email address. If you would like to receive a physical gift card, please choose one of the physical gift card listings from HERE.
Gift cards can be applied to anything in the shop, including custom items. This also included postage and tax. If your order total exceeds the gift card total, you can pay the remainder with another supported method, like debit card or PayPal. If the order is less than your gift card total, you’ll be able to use the remainder on another purchase.
Your gift card does not have an expiry date and can be used whenever you wish. If your order is refunded, the balance will revert to your gift card.
These should be automatically sent out immediately. I’d recommend giving yourself 24 hours to be sure though and if you can’t find it, please check your junk folder. If it’s not there, it’s probably hiding away in there!
