GIFT VOUCHER for a chosen set amount between £10 and £200. These gift vouchers can be used towards anything on the Emily and the Whippet shop, including custom illustrations.

Physical Gift Vouchers
I love these gift vouchers, they’re a mini artwork in themselves! They’re printed on 350 gsm recycled card. Made from FSC certified materials and PCF bleached, they’re fully recyclable.
These gift vouchers can be sent to you to give yourself or, if you’d prefer, I can send the gift voucher directly to the giftee. I can also include a gift message if you’d like. Physical gift vouchers will be sent to the address specified as your delivery address. If you'd like the gift voucher to be sent to an alternative address, please let us know in a message at checkout and ensure that delivery address is the correct.
Don't forgot to fill the giftees name and a message if you’d like a gift note including with your gift voucher. This is optional, if not stated, the name will be left blank and a gift note will not be included.
Digital Gift Vouchers
If you’ve left things last minute, digital gift vouchers are the perfect way to gift a custom drawing. Instead of waiting for the post to arrive, I’ll email your gift voucher directly to you within 48 hours.
These gift vouchers can be forwarded directly to the reciepient by you or printed out yourself to be gifted in person. Digital gift vouchers will be sent to the email address specified by you at checkout. If you'd like the gift voucher to be sent to an alternative email address, please let us know in a message at checkout. For digital gift vouchers, NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SENT.

Gift Voucher Redemption
Both paper and digital vouchers can be used on the Emily and the Whippet online shop. Contact info@emilyandthewhippet.co.uk to redeem your gift voucher. My custom illustrations are made available on a monthly slot basis. By emailing me, you’ll be able to book onto one of these slots before they become available publicly. You’ll then be sent a link to order your illustration using your voucher code.
Each voucher is valid for 6 months from purchase, see expiry date. Once used, you will not be able to use the voucher again. Voucher/s can only be used once and any attempts to use them more than once will be rejected.
It is your responsibility to keep your gift voucher safe and secure. We will not be able to replace lost or stolen gift vouchers so don’t share or post the voucher code on the Internet! Voucher/s cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, resold, redeemed for cash or exchanged in any form. It has no cash value and no change can be given for purchases less than the state of the voucher. Emily and the Whippet reserves the right to cancel orders on attempts to double spend or if Emily and the Whippet suspects the gift voucher is being used fraudulently.

Gift Voucher Cancellation & Refund Procedure
The purchaser of the gift voucher is entitled to a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period and may get a full refund on the condition that the voucher is returned unused within 14 days of purchase. If you need to return your gift voucher, please contact info@emilyandthewhippet.co.uk to state you want to return the gift voucher for more information.
